Are the seinnheiser good phones?

I intend mainly to use with my ipod..but I always use lossless files, as I am a musician and appreciate really good quality. I also would like to use them at home.

They are 85 pounds now...

Also what about the Head Direct RE-ZERO? I heard they are very nice, a little bit cheaper now..

They are good headphones - you also have the option of the recent award winning Audio Technica ES55s within this price bracket too - might be worth a listen to a few before you buy?
