What a wonderful television! Shame about the curve, but for me the deal-breaker is no 3D *sad*.

They say HDR is better on this one. I demoed HDR on the Samsung 55ks8000 and it was pretty poor. Still gets roughly the same ratings as the 9000 though, still 9 out of 10 for black level.

not all content is perfect for hdr. thought you would know that

I have seen the Martian on other TVs, like about 4 and this was the weakest.
