hi cant get sound through rca like my last telly witch was a sony w4000 please help

I think it's an input only, not an output. You need to use either the headphone jack, optical or HDMI arc out.

tried the headphone but it was extreamly quiet cant use optical and its used by bluray its an old system but very reliable
