samsung led power lead

hi there,

just bought a samsung led 40" to hang on the wall but the power lead is not long enough to feed down into the cavity to reach the mains. It is a figure 8 power lead , all i need to know is where can i get a 3m one from which will work with this tv or will any surfice as it seems on every other website no one has a clue apart from giving advice like cut it down and extend which i am not prepared to do. I am not after a fancy lead just a basic one which will do the job also i am uk based.
