Samsung LE40M87BDX

After much research and viewing of other tellys ive decided to buy a Samsung LE40M87BDX £749 i was going to go for the sony kdl40w3000 £1450 at the sony shop near me but after viewing it today and not being blown away with the picture ive decided to use the money saved to buy myself a onkyo tx sr 605 receiver and the Q acoustics 1010i 5.1 speaker package.

So are there any Samsung owners out there that are disappointed with there tv or is it a great tv and a bargain to boot.

I have a Samsung LE40R51B and it has been a real pleasure. I have had no issues with it. And the picture quality is stunning, especially when I hooked up the Toshiba EP35.

Aren't they made in the same factory as Sony?

I was told that the other day from a comet sales guy but i wasn't sure to believe him or not but the guy at seven oaks told me the same thing yesterday so im guessing its true.
