Someone please help an idiot out. I've attached a pic. I have a cheap Cambridge Amp from which I run a Project Turntable. I also have a Sonos Connect Amp for Spotify. Do I have to switch the speaker cables between the Sonos and the main amp everytime I want to use the turntable? Am I being very dim indeed?

bear with me -trying to post an image....

Which Cambridge amp is it? If you connect a Sonos Connect to the Cambridge amp, you won't need to switch the speaker cables. Not sure if Connect Amp can function as a Connect.

No, a Connect amp only has speaker outs (75W at 8ohm, iirc), line in and sub out, as well as the two ethernet sockets. So can't send an unamplified signal out, except via the sub out. The old ZP100 had line outs as well, but when Sonos upgraded this to the ZP120 (now called Connect AMP) they did away with the line outs.

So if it is a Connect Amp, and doesn't have the line outs, it can't be used like a Connect I'm afraid.
