I've just been reading the WHF review. They look like nice, versatile little speakers that will suit many (not least because of their built-in phono stage)
Whilst checking the back panel I noticed the mains consumption figure. Now we know that these are always 'worst case' figures, but. Under what circumstances does anybody think this (class D) active will ever draw an actual 100 watts of mains? For a few milliseconds on power - up?
