Hi there,

Following a change in layout to my living room It is looking likely that I will have to sell my XTZ's. These have been great and added a little bit of character due to their shape. I'll be sad to see them go.

I'd like to spend no more than £150 and would like to get the best sounding speaker to go with my Yamaha 2065. System is used for Games / tv / music but an emphasis towards music. I currently use a Quad Lite sub and Lite rears. Music tastes are very varied so most genres will be played.

My list to possibly purchase / audition is as follows

Wharfedale 10.0
Q Acoustic 2010i
MA Vector V10

Dali Zensor

I need the speakers to be less than 210mm deep and approximately 150mm wide.

Please let me know any others that I should consider and also any thoughts on the 3 listed. I am erring towards Q and MA. The best pairing with the amp is my conern.

Many thanks.

Is this for L and R or centre as well?

Seriously consider MA Radius HD if you can stretch budget. Fantastic and much better than the Vector especially with music. Consider 2nd hand.

Thanks for the reply.

It is the LR at the moment and possibly the centre in a month or so.

I can't demo them all and the importance is for music but within the budget.

There's a possibility that i can get V10s at £80 so that seems to be a bargain.

The HD are out of my budget but I will look at 2nd hand.
