Rega RS1 or Dali Zensor 1

Hi all! My amp is Rega Brio-R and i generally listen jazz. Room is 3,5x4,5m. Obvious choice would be RS1, but this put me in thoughts:

Certainly need to audition both and decide. If buying totally blind then an all-Rega set-up would be my choice.

I also had the Brio-R hooked up to the RS1's. Mine was the Apollo (non-R) and couldn't get on with it.

Well Steve above is the man to ask as he's also got the DAC.

They will be a great match for jazz but don't expect too much in the way of bass extension.

I find the bass fine on the RS1, it copes considerably well with stuff like massive attack, obviously not at club levels!

my main music is stuff like Kate bush, Pink Floyd, fleetwood mac and i think it all sounds fantastic, the DAC usin my CD6004 as a transport has really improved my CDs no end, not nescessarily more detail but more music.

Female vocals all sound good!

Personally, with your system, I'd go for the Rega speakers, but an audition is the best way forward.

Also can't go far wrong with Dali Lektor 2. I find they have plenty of bass in my 4m X 4m bedroom.
