Looks like the Audio Technica AT91...

(The AT91 has a carbon fibre cantilever as well. So it seems it's just a 're-badge' job.)

Rega's Carbon cartridge will retail for £25.99. I have no idea as to how the performance of the Carbon cartridge compares to the Bias 2 as i've not heard the Carbon cartdridge.

Jeeze, it should be cracker. Even so, it would take some amp to justify spending that much on a spinner.
