Recommended Setting Yamaha Receiver

What is the Setting for Crossover i have a Yamaha RX-V363 Receiver. At the moment i have it at 100 Hz, im not to sure on the db level either.

I have a Yamaha dsp z9 and i also have it set to thx reccomendation 80hz and sounds spot on

Ive just run the autoset up again and the crossover is showing at 160hz after ive done it, so i will change it to 80hz now. Many thanks.
