hi guys just aquired a pair of dynaudio audience 7, http://www.dynaudio.com/int/home_loudspeaker_systems/archive/audience/audience7.php

i was thinking:

1.naim nait 5i

2.audiolab 8200a

3.rega brio r

i listen to mostly electronic music (deep house, techno) some hip hop. so bass is important. i would to get an integrated amp due to budget constraints.

any others i should consider? will any of those amps i suggested drive the dyns?

thanks!

Hi nortonn,

No experience of the audience 7, but guess has usual Dyn 4ohm/low sensitivity. I tried the Creek 50a in my system and was disappointed by the bass and timbre of vocals, so as Audiolab from same stable might be similar. Not a fan of Naim unless NAP200 or above which is overkill. Marantz pm8005 drove some Spendors very well with solid bass, but not heard with Dyns. Perhaps Rotel or Roksan would suit. I have been pleasantly surprised by deep, tunefull bass from a small standmount, so am sure your Dyns will deliver.
