Read any good books recently?

I've watched more films than I've read books.
That's not saying much though, as I've said before, I honestly struggle to think of more than 5 films I've ever watched.
Books, none whatsoever.
(Unless you count the one school may have encouraged - can't even remember its title....or instruction / service manuals / hi-fi mags*).

*Cable / accessory reviews give me all the fiction I can handle 🙄

Sleepy Head by Henry Nicholls - who suffers from narcolepsy - part autobiography, part the science surrounding sleep disorders. My sleep's not the best, but I'll take it any day of the week in stead of Fatal Familial Insomnia (FFI), a condition that strikes a very small number of families in middle age. They lose the ability to sleep, an din short order, die...
