Quick Leema question

What cables do you use for Leema lips connection?.

Never had the need to use LIPS. But Leema used to supply their own cables... made by Chord.

I can't find the cables even on the Leema website

Think they might of stopped supplying them. They used to sell them a few years ago.

But it's largely irrelevant. My RCA cables are mainly Chord and Merlin Chopins.

Just connect using conventional cables. The LIPs system never took off along with other systems that tried tying people into a cable set up

It's proprietary to a niche hifi manufacturer in Wales. It's not an industry standard, it's for one brand, if they couldn't make HD-DVD or Betamax survive, Leema alone won't turn the world to theirs.

Broadly, that's why. 🙂. The concept is pretty valid though, so while LIPS didn't become an industry standard, it's aims are pretty on the money.

One major issue with Leema is the amount of owners. On this forum there's only you and I that I know of.

Over the years there's been around six people who've purchased their stuff on my recommendation, they no longer participate on here. And from memory, none of them used or asked about LIPS.
