Quick Airport Express Question

Just back from the Apple store with my new express. Having read the instructions could somebody confirm I have this right.

Firstly I plug the cable from my amp into Express and switch on. Then I install Airport Utility. Then I run Airport Utility and select that I want to add Express to my existing network.

Also, is the line out on the Express both digital and analogue, ie I could use the cable I use currently for my iPod which has a 3.5mm jack on the end or an optical cable with a mini adaptor?

Got everything up and running.

With Airfoil, if I buy a licence key, will it work for my desktop as well as laptop or will i need to get one for each? Or if i use it on one could I uninstall and transfer to laptop?

Yup, you can use it for both.

According to the license information here, you can install it on both your desktop and laptop as long as you're the only user of it.
