Question for Clare and others

Hi Clare, As you suggest me I'm planning to buy B&W 685 speakers and Roksan Kandy III ampl. so I'm interesting about which component will suit better to those components above;dvd player with excellent performance in reading the music cd's as well as dvd's discs or cd player and dvd player separetly. In first I'm a big fan of a good music sound but also I like to enjoy in a good movie so:good dvd player or cd player and dvd player separetly? Also which tuners you can suggest for above kits? I'd say it depends on your budget, but if you can afford it then I would definitely go with separate devices.
