I'm on the verge of buying a Unison Research Unico CDE, and have seen many many different sizes for this component today. In your review you say it's 13x35x40 which doesn't correspond to any other sizes I have seen.

Can you confirm whether this is right or wrong please?

Well, Unison Research gives it as 17.1in x 17in x 5.1in, which equates to around 43.5x43.2x13cm, so I'll get our data wizard on the case in the morning

Yes they do. But there are a lot of mistakes on their website. I think the larger size may be too deep for my rack.

Hard to tell from the one and only picture, but it looks squarer than the other CD players in the range, so the extra depth may well be correct. I've asked Chris to look into it in the morning...

I heard a Unison Unico CDP on a Unison S2 SET amp with SF Conerto Domus. Very impressive CDP with a fluidity and naturalness that you only get from valves. Think you might get a bit more bass than you're used to but don't take that as gospel.
