QA-V System and TV Name confusion

Hi, I have a few queries on some of the TV name confusion, and on the QA-V Speaker system.

1. What is if any the difference between the Samsung LE26A456C and the Samsung LE26A456 ?

2. What is if any the difference between thw Sony KDL 40W4000 and the Sony KDL 40W4000U ?

3. Does the QA-V speaker system require any additional Table or stand to use with the Sony KDL 40W4000 ? or can it be used out of the box uder the Sony mentioned above ?

1. Nothing as far as i am aware

3. Needs a stand the speaker is really thin so can't stand tv on it and height of stand isn't big enough to place speaker in front of it - think the centre speaker comes with the wall bracket from memory

If there is no difference between the samsungs, does anybody know why there is a £40 ish difference between the 2 models ?
