Anyone here got these ? They're getting very good reviews and they look very nice.

Anyone got any experience with these speakers ?

Thanks :)

The BT3 cost £350 or thereabouts and can be looked at in two different ways.

Either they are a neat all in one system with selectable inputs plus Bluetooth, their own volume control all from a compact remote. Connect to CD player, streamer computer, stream from a Bluetooth equiped phone or tablet and you have virtually an instant system. Sound quality is decent and functionality is excellent, good value for money.

Or, if you do not need the functionality the performance is way off the standard of some proper active studio speakers at the same price. The Equator D5 or Yamaha HS7 (and maybe half a dozen others) will outperform the BT3s in all respects but they are simple line in only devices, you will need to provide input switching, dac and volume control elsewhere. The sound quality of the speakers mentioned is way better than the BT3s which look like poor value on these criteria,
