PV1 Subwoofer clicking noise

Hi all,

I'm getting an occasional clicking noise from my PV1 subwoofer, It is roughly 2 clicks per second and lasts for about 1 -2 mins.

Even if I turn the feed to it off it still clicks, has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know what causes it?

Dont have one, but it sounds like a dodgy solenoid (or solenoid related).
Id be thinking of getting it fixed before it dies personally (2 clicks per second for 2 mins is definitely not right)

I'll see if I've still got the email from B&W from when I thought I'd have to send my PV1 off for repair. They want £250 for possible parts & labour, but if it's gonna cost more than £250, they'll replace it with a brand new one.

I have one, it does not do that, sounds faulty to me. Insist on a replacement, dont let them repair it! They may argue, but argue your point right back!

B&W have now repaired and returned my PV1, cost me £110 but now works fine.
