PS3 and 3D settings

Hi,I tried to watch cod black ops in 3D last night on my new pansonic vt30 just to try out the gaming in 3D and the settings on cod was not highlighted so I could not select it.
My question is is there someware in the ps3 settings to turn it on as I could not see anything,thanks.

If your PS3 is updated to at least version 3.50 you should be able to select 3D. If 3D is not available try powering of both, then first the TV then the PS3. Do you have a high-speed HDMI cable between the two? Nothing fancy is needed, just a basic high-speed HDMI cable is fine.

Yes I have a high speed chord silver plus 1.3.this should work?
