problems syncing my ipod nano

can any please help, i've have uninstalled and reinstalled itunes about 30 mins ago. have done the diagnostic test see below,

When i try to sync i get the following 'attempt to copy to hadders failed. an unknown error occurred (-69) thanks hadders

hi clare, just done that, still getting the error message when reinstalling musuc from my itunes library

have been using my ipod on my pc and my son's mac. would that cause this problem

Only connect your iPod to one computer. I've never tried it, but I would imagine that if you do a synch on the second machine, it will wipe off all of your original music from the first :-( With the latest version of iTunes it's very easy to share music between computers if you want to transfer tracks before synching.
