Primare 32 remote

Hi all

Has anyone had a problem with thier C32?

The adhesive that holds the front plate on has let go on mine, Primare answered an Email about this and recognised the fault, but I've still not got a solution.

I have a C31 (I think) and Primare were really helpful - they replaced the chip inside so it worked properly for free. Is it within warranty? If so, I'd suggest a word with your retailer....

Hi John

I started with the retailer and nothing.......so I emailed Primare direct and they were going to deal with it, a few emails passed between us and then it fizzled out. I left a bit of a gap then enquired direct and no reply, a guy called Bjorn. When all this started it was in warranty, it's a shame because I've spent a lot of cash on Primare products and all have been great so far. I live in Brisbane, Australia so maybe it's the distributor here that are poor players..........
