predator trillogy boxset trouble with sony 370

ive got teh sony 370 blu ray player and a 2 gb usb stick .. but for some reason the menu system wont show / barely shiows on loading and i can selct jack all .. can manage to play the movies by blind luck but thats it...

got a sonu nlu ray on pc with powerdvd and that works fine .. menu is available in al 3 films ...

anyone heard issues with this set ? and i'm worried that usb sticks just cant play certain fims with all the updates going on .. you wont nnotice on pc as hd are massive

No problems at all... the usb stick works brilliantly tbh... something wrong with your one it seems... maybe the usb stick ?

The player is a marvel ... i'm soooo glad peeps on here said such GREAT things about this player ... superb !

Sorry you are having some problems friend... but it isn't the player ... unless you maybe have a duff one which happens with all mass produced products no matter ... from time to time.

Maybe see about swapping your player with another ... see the shop from where you bought it ... check your player with another usb stick ?

ok ...its morning and now i'm sober

i oriiginally had a 1 gb usb for the machine .... but when i bought t2 it point blank refused to play it... went to the shops and bought a 2 gb stick ........played perfect after that .

its now a few months down teh line and i'm getting problems again , this time with the predator films .......i'm wondering ..... how much space does all teh updates and stuff take up on the usb sticks ? i dont have this problem in my pc based blu ray as my drives massive and dont notice.

if updates fill usb sticks then i'm not happy i really dont want to go into town to by a stick for a film

Just a thought. Have you tried taking the stick out and formatting it on your pc, might help to clear any dross off it.
