Posting pics toolbar

When I post I do not get the toolbar with the little tree on it?? Does anyone know why, if I want to post a picture I have to mess about typing the

It's a known problem, and will hopefully be resolved by the time we get the new forum software.

Though in the meantime...

I've set the 'enhanced toolbar' on, which has the tree on it. It has issues in Safari, Chrome and iPhone, but should be OK in IE.
