Poor Quality INCEPTION DVD

If you have any copy of the above dvd, either on its own or with the Blu ray triple pack, chances are that it's faulty, if not then your lucky. Problems include terrible sound and poor picture quality, jaggies, skipping etc.

The offending disc has the code SE SP 08 at the bottom right hand of the disc. If you have the same code but with V3 at the end, then its ok.

To get a replacement disc, free of charge, go to the Warner Bros. UK website, where there is an announcement of this problem on the Home page at the bottom right-hand side, where it tells you to email them at wbcustomerservices@technicolor.com. I did this and received my replacement within a week. I have no idea how many discs are affected and don't know if WB have recalled these discs, but I only found out by chance, when I noticed a very large number of poor reviews on Amazon.co.uk and investigated the reason.

Many thanks for the information, I have the 3 disc version and the DVD does have the number you quoted.

Contacted wbcustomerservices@technicolor.com 0n 30/01/2011 and received my replacement today.

Thanks for that , i got mine from amazon and it seemed fine when i watched it but will check it out and apply for another copy if mine has those numbers !

I watched Inception once... never again though... well overrated imo as was Shutter Island

If you don't like these, you could always stick with the Crank and Transporter series of movies...
