Playing 78 records

Not strictly a hi fi question I know, but has anyone any experience or knowledge about turntables capable of playing 78 records?

I now have an excellent Goldring GL75 turntable and a Shure M75 cartridge with 78 stylus. My next question is what modern amplifiers have a mono switch?
