Plasma or LCD

Looking at replacing my tv soon but don't know wether lcd or plasma would be best don't have hd sky or use hd dvd's but do own and regularly use xbox 360 which is my main reason for replacement.

With a game console, perhaps your better going with an LCD. There may be some issues with burn in on the plasma.

Yeah i think the general tendency is to go for an LCD if you're doing a lot of gaming... Full HD is one of the main reasons, which is probably more common in the LCD sets, but also the smearing issues etc... LCD's tend to lend themselves particularly well to the XBox.
