Hi all I'd love some advice please - whathifi reviewed this product at £800 and gave it a 4 star review as follows:

I currently have a Marantz CD6002 and AMP PM6002 but am under pressure to downsize and the Pioneer looks to be an attractive box with DNLA etc and similar power the the current amp. I've listened to the Pioneer in store and sevenoaks and it does sound nice but unable to test with my existing Mordaunt Short speakers to make comparisons. Also I now listen to most of my music through the computer hooked up to my amp but still like the option of sticking a CD on and my current setup does not disappoint with CD's/

My question is a) if I were to go with the pioneer am I seriously downgrading my components and basically am I bonkers to think of such a think and b) does anyone have experience of the Pioneer?

Sorry also forgot to add that the Pioneer is now £279 so is this a ridiculously good buy considering it has DNLA and SACD playback?
