Pioneer BDP-120 Blu Ray player

Can anyone tell me what the Pioneer BDP-120 BD player is like in terms of Video performance with Blu-Ray and DVD upscaling ?

Read on another website that the BDP120 is a joint effort with Sharp, wouldn,t expect the quality normally associated Pioneer..

I've read a few reviews.......it's just above average, supposedly. Not as good as the BDP-320!! Or Sony BDP 360...

I know one person on here that might disagree....he's a bit keen on Pioneer.....you have been warned....
