Picture shaking on V+ box via Denon 1910

As above, though it works fine connected to the TV, and does this with an HDMI cable connected from teh box to the denon

I can't help I'm afraid, but if you find an answer could you let me know?

I have a customer who can't get his V+ to operate via his 3808. The V+ (the newer Samsung V+) works fine connected to his flat screen or his projector directly, but can't get anything out of it via the Denon.

Just to let you know Big Chris the problem was with the Denon, I had the Port that the Virgin box is connected through setup as Analogue as opposed to HDMI or Auto.
