Phantom Buzzing

Hi,

I have a pair of B&W Matrix 3 speakers, they sound great when there is music playing, but when I turn the music off, the right hand side speaker makes a faint buzzing noise. The noise keeps on going for hours even though the speakers are disconnected from the amp.

What is wrong?

Haha! I don't think so, this is the sound of an electric current vibrating the cones. It stopped after about five hours.
