Hello

In bluray players there is PCM along with dts and dolby digital but I couldnot find a single song in pcm format. Is it a format or a process?? I know that it is a raw audio but why is it only shown in bluray players.Could you explain about lpcm also???

PCM is multibit coding of immediate value of audio signal.

DTS is coding over PCM for data size compressing of multichannel signal.

LPCM is Linear PCM. You may consider LPCM and PCM as similar terms in context of home audio.
