Parasound amps are they any good and if so which would give run my kef reference 2.2 and should i just buy a krell 400xi ?

Yep... Parasound is good... The P3 Preamp + A21 Poweramp is about the same price as the Krell KAV 400xi (In the US anyway, not so sure about the UK).... Both options are good, so it comes down to personal taste...
