After only a few hours of use, I'm giving this Panasonic an unreserved ***** out of *****!
Peerless picture and sound! Regarding the latter. I've never heard a television sound this good out of the box! Ordinarily I'd always advocate using a multichannel A/V, but if space is at a premium, the Panny serves up an engaging and immersive sound field! Outstanding.
I await the What Hi-Fi? verdict with interest!

It does 'double' as a mirror! However, I watch television in the evening and with an ambient light source placed behind the screen! It's not a 'deal breaker'! That said, have a look at the television in a dealership, if you haven't already done so, and you'll be better placed to make a decision! I'm chuffed to bits!
