i have the english one.

If you reset the tv the USB HDD registration remains, that is what i think i have to change.

You see this time i have had the wireless stuff on set up but last time i did not and to be honest i did not want it set up either, now i would like to go back to the beginning where it used to ask me everytime i turned the tv on did i have a wireless connection or not.

ok lets start from the beggining ..

you configured the tv with your wireless router ? wirelessly ?

or you ran an ethernet cable to the tv from your router/modem ?

you had set up a password ?

it linked up with the internet every time you turned on the tv ?

without aking for a password ?

you had it working fine ?

but you now want to go back to when it didnt link automatically ?

you want the tv to ask you if you want to hook up to the net ?

and you dont like the password and want to change it now ?

ok , so if you go into the tvs menu , im not familiar with it , but there should be a viera cast option , or maybe dlna option , press it , try to scroll to options , or password options , you should be able to change the password ?

or just remove the wireless dongle , and it cant connect , put it in when you want viera cast ? thats if you are using the dongle..

if not then just leave the ethernet cable unplugged and it cant connect ..

No i was reading the bits on the tv when i said that, i now know what it is it is the mac address i need to change or delete.

You know on a tv if you increase the sharpness would should that do to the picture?

Thanks

gel , the sharpness control on a tv is misleading , turning it up too high can soften the picture , your v20s sharpness should be set low imo ...

That is what i am thinking as well Max, because i phoned up the people who set up it first time and they said just adjust the sharpness and the PNR.

But the sharpness i think is giving me mixed results i have had it on full, 3 quarters now i have it on factory setttings and i am just wandering what exactly it is doing to the picture.

Thanks

pnr off, i am pretty sure that one has to be on medium at present i have it off because i am on factory i have it on full but that made writing on 83 (sky sports news) flicker at the bottom.

Do you think i should try turning it down then?
