Panasonic lcd yellow picture problem

Hello all, I have a Panasonic lxd700 32" that I have had for 4 weeks at first the picture was fine and I was very happy with the tv, but over the last few days the picture has had a yellow look, a bit like a cloud that gets worse over a few hours use. The company I brought the tv from say it is backlight bleed is this true and if so why has the problem only showing now? Advice please.

there's discussion of this on several threads, such as this one.

It seems to be an occasional issue with this set, as plenty of people report no problem.. I'll see if Panasonic has any update on the matter.

thank you Clare I will have a look, is this a common fault with this make/model, I have allways been a fan of Panasonic tv's but my cousin has a Samsung lcd and that has none of these concerns.
