Have this blu-ray player waited for a long time but having trouble playing it at 24 fps on my samsung D8000 any help claire i am using the onkyo tr608 the ps3 was fine at doing this but the blu-ray player isnt ? have selected the 24fps option "on" but still no luck what am i doing wrong?

As noted on the other thread you've raised this issue on - Does this happen with all Blu-ray discs, or just certain titles?

SORRY well it was season of the witch i didnt try the other one i`ll give it a go it takes age to reply on this new system have to copy and paste it keeps deleting my post then saying comment field required?

Season of the Witch looks like another 1080i/50Hz release from Momentum - in other words, you're seeing the same HD transfer prepared for HD TV in the UK, not the film master.

So there's nothing wrong with your Blu-ray player - it's qutie rightly showing the trailers in their native 24fps, and the film itself in 50Hz.

As regards your problems posting on this site. Are you using Internet Explorer as your browser? If so, you need to read this....
