Panasonic BD30 v Sony S350

I Bought the BD30 when it first came out and it is excellent. I am looking at buying the 40w4500 and sony are giving away a free S350. Now is the Sony S350 better than the BD30 I mean clearly in the sony's favour is that it is profile 2 with an ethernet socket neither of which the BD30 had but will it deliver better pictures than the panasonic?

Any help would be appreciated.

Buy the tv, get the Sony for free and sell the Pana.
