I am considering the kauden vechellio ku-2 reviewed by the magazine October 2007 with a 5 star review but I have searched everywhere and cant find my copy of that issue and I wondered if anyone could tell me what was said? Or even if someone has any exprience with it?

Thanks

Or even an alternative (prefferably with a conditioner)

Thanks

If you can get hold of a BT 500va conditioning unit off EBay you can use the kettle lead as I found no improvement using a Classic Powerkord!

A Tacima doesn't come close to the difference it makes.

I've searched ebay and there isnt any that come up on the search. However looking at other pictures it looks like a huge industrial box which needs to be placed elsewhere, not ideal for in my room. I just though a single cable with a conditioner would be the neatest way of improving the amp?

Yes, neater and an improvement but nowhere near sounding as good as a decent high powered stereo Amp on music.

Your choice. I can't see the box sat behind the 875 anyway.

If you just want a better power cable then I'd recommend THIS one from Mark Grant. Actually I'd recommend any of his cables. They're all great quality and fantastic value.

As for mains conditioners, I currently use a Tacima which I found ok but not much of an improvement. It actually made my amp sligtly worse in some areas. One thing you need to understand about low end mains conditioner blocks is that while they do clean up the power they actually rob some of the dynamics from higher powered equipment like amps etc. So they work best on low power devices like CD players etc.

For higher end conditioners for use with power amps etc I'd check out Isotek.
