I have been reading a online manual for the 875 and it says that any speaker below 8ohms should not be bi amped, i currently have quad 22ls for my front 2 speakers and these are 6ohms,so would this seriously damage the reciever.

Got the reciever on order since 28th from sevenoaks and still waiting, anybody else with same problem

Hi,

I've ordered the Onkyo 905 from av-sales and was told last week that they had received their first delivery and had not got the stock they hoped for. I rang Onkyo (I can't believe how sad I've become) and they say another consignment is due in the UK during the first week of October and then it will be another 5 days before stock gets out to the dealers...how will I survive?

I would be very interested to know where you can view the online manual as I tried searching for the 905 with no luck.

The online manual is on the superfi website i do not know if it has the 905 but i think the 2 are pretty similar in a lot of ways

Thanks very much-just printed it off! It will pass the time until I get my hands on the real thing!
