Shame that there are some words automatically moderated on this forum, but I just found a cracker of an album!
I've had Pink Floyd's The Wall on CD for a long time and I always felt it was a well produced, well mastered album, but got the LP today and it's amazing!
The dynamic range is something of a revelation for vinyl and even on my Debut III, it sounds easily miles better than the CD on my CD73 and that's in every department - fidelity, clarity, treble, soundstage, bass, timing etc. etc...
The drum fills are excellently recorded and the transients are demanding of any system - on the LP they are amazing and literally shock you when you hear it, even if I was expecting them!
Not one trace of distortion throughout the whole album...and it has some EXCELLENT covers and artwork too...and all for £2 in the local charity shop!
