Not ordinary stand alone speakers - can anyone tell what are these?

Hello dear forum users!

I recently found a pair of stand alone speakers, such as on the photos. Much time is spent formulating queries to uncle google and I found absolutely nothing. Does someone of you is able to tell me anything about these speakers? Theese are built of metal or ceramic, solid - they have two pickups medium-low tone and tweeter, the impedance of about 6 ohms (measured by meter) are medium weight (7-8 kg in the eye one) have a plate engraved in the base ( gold or gold-alike ) with serial numbers and the name of the manufacturer's factory Birkman. They play a very balanced sound.

Anyone heard about those speakers? What are theese worth? Any help will be appreciated.

Only thing i can tell you is that you have the name wrong. Its Brinkman, yup they are ceramic and thats as much as i can tell you. House rules prevent me from posting a link to a site which has imfo and phone numbers which could be useful.
