Hello, What advise are you looking for.

I am moving house next week, and my first purchase will be a new TV and DVD player. It is looking like it will be at least a 37" or possibly a 42" Panasonic or Samsung.

However my puzzle is this, a couple of months ago there was a little article in the mag about new tv's coming from Evesham, and a full report will be coming soon. How soon?

Does anybody have any views on evesham, are they any good, are the new tv's any good?

Can somebody tell me?

Also Evesham has also introduced a new "Sound stage 2".

As the room in our new house is quite small, do I go for the "sound stage" (which I do like the look of) or stick with what I have got now, apart from telly of course.

What I have got now is a 32" Toshiba (going to tip or free to good home when I move) Pioneer receiver and Mission surround speakers.

Well they are cheap! I have never seen one so can't comment on tv quality but the spec seems low, only 1 hdmi on the plasma below, 2 on their lcd's. they look bulky too. personally I would get a panasonic plasma, only second behind pioneer, imo.

The Soundstage looks good and 'may' be a good solution for some BUT i would stick with your missions or even get a new budget package, I bet they would sound better.

The Panasonic is favourite anyway, was just looking for some other opinions really.
