new speakers and a cable question

hi

im about to connect up my new MA rs1 speakers to my system , my question is ive got some qed silver aniversary xt pairs of cable , is it ok to use this to run the speakers in until my chord carnival bi-wire arrives thats on order ?

i was just not sure if its safe to change speaker cable on new speakers during the run-in process?

Yes perfectly safe. The speakers just need time to loosen up and that doesn't matter with cabling at all.

Are you saying you would change the cable during the run-in process, as in when they are playing. I hope I am reading you wrong. Because it can be dangerous to change cables when amp is working.

no sorry what i meant was, as i was waiting on my new cable i wondered if it was ok to use a different cable until my new one arrived
