hi all , i am looking for a 46/47 ins lcd to replace my plasma. i have a very light room and the tv has to be opposite the window so i have reflection problems, i am going for lcd as i see in currys ,comet etc that the screen on some of them is very matt especially the lg's i have sky hd ,ps3 etc but still watch some sd stuff. the phillips claim an anti reflective screen which is a massive issue for me , my budget is £1000 max and would like 100hz , and good picture engine for sport and gaming, i know this is a big ask but hey ,you guys know more than me and it only seems to be sony all the way when i ask in stores.thanks in advance

No expert I'm afraid but just bought a new set after comparing most brands for a little while. For LCD's I'd personally go Samsung. To my eyes they seem to offer better features and picture than anyone else at present though its difficult to avoid the sony's which are nice too and look better, especially when switched off
