Hi, I have a pair of Sennheiser HD 25-1 II which I have been using for the past four or five years now and would like to upgrade to a new pair of headphones as they are now showing their age

I will be mainly using these to watch movies and to listen to music in public areas and transport such as train and bus, so I would like a headphone with no sound leakage, which blocks most outside noises and that is also suitable for both music and movies.

My budget is £200 to £300, must be closed back and a improvement over my HD 25s

Also the music I mainly listen to is rock like David Bowie, the Beatles and Rolling Stone and Classical music

Any help would be great

Are you looking for on-ear or around-ear headphones? Around ear will offer the best isolation, but some people find them uncomfortable.

i would reccomend the bowers & wilkins p5 series 2 or p7. i have the p5 wireless. good bass which helps for movies (although i dont like using headphones for films) and sound great. apart from that i would suggest v moda m100.
