Naim 5i vs 5i italic

Hi,

Is there any difference between non-italic and italic? I was told that the only diffenrence is ipod jack in the front?

Naim themselves state....

changes.."

...and of course - as you mentioned - the MP3 player connection on the front panel.

I never heard a direct comparison with the ld 5i and the new 5i, but I did hear the italic combo shortly ater we sold off our normal i ones, and there did seem to be a fair difference between them.

Thanks guys! My budged increased... therefore I might go for a combo... another headache 🙂..
