I have a problem with my NAD T765, which I bought used.

When I use “Analog Bypass” as the listening mode, everything sounds perfect.
However, when I switch to any DSP listening mode, the volume drops significantly—by about 60%.
The same thing is when I try to use speaker output A (any of the Front, Back, Surround channels) or speaker output B.
None of the menu options seem to make a difference.
The sound quality is good in both cases, with no distortion, but whatever goes through the DSP is much quieter.
It’s as if the DSP is bypassing the preamp or sending a much lower output signal.
I’ve tried the (C) RESET functions, but nothing has changed.
I also updated the firmware to
MCU: V2.20
DSP: V1.02c
Video: V1.02

I bought the receiver pre-owned, but I don’t believe anyone has modified the internals.
All the cables appear to be in place and untouched.
Everything looks like new, untouched, there's not even any dust.

Does anyone know what this is about?
