NAD D 3020??

Hi everyone.
I'm looking for an upgrade to my sound system.
My speakers are Bose Acoustimas 5 III, amplifier Pro-ject Stereo Box S + Pre amplifier Pro-ject Tube Box S.
I mostly play records on a Pro-ject Debut Carbon and digital media (mp3+FLAC) from my notebook.

I want to spend +/- 400-500 Euros to make an improvement but I don't know which part should I change.
- Replace the speakers for Q Acoustics 20 (or other)?
- Replace the amplifier for, let's say, NAD 3020 (or other)?
What change will have the most impact on my setup?

I'm not so sure if the speakers are the problem. I replaced my QA2010i with Bose AM5-III and find them better with music and movies.

imho the bose is better than QA
